JIC provided Civil Engineering and Land Development design services for the Williams Parkway Fire Campus in Brampton. Located on Chrysler Drive just south of Williams Parkway, the 70,000 ft² facility serves as the city’s Fire Headquarters, housing the Fire Prevention Division, Fire Station 203, the Emergency Operations Centre, and expansive training facilities.

 

The campus was designed to LEED Silver standards and won the 2023 Urban Design Award of Excellence, and Award of Merit for its innovative blend of civic, operational, and community functions.

• Water & Wastewater Servicing

• Stormwater Management

• Low-Impact Development (LID) Design

The site was designed to support both indoor and outdoor training, while also accommodating future growth and community safety needs.​
