Construction of a new 73- bed nursing home to serve the Mattawa community was completed in 2018. The site is located adjacent to the existing Mattawa Hospital, strengthening the health hub of the area. 

The project included design of site servicing and storm water management. Sustainable infrastructure (LID’s) were used in the design to address the town’s water quality requirements.  SPA approvals were obtained and construction supervision was completed.

The project had a challenging terrain and a combination of grading, retaining walls and other features were introduced to limit the cut and fill on site.
