Construction is underway for a new 160 bed long term care facility over a 5.0 ha site which includes municipal site works designed by JIC.
 
Design includes extension of local access road, water, sanitary and storm infrastructure up to the site boundary.  Stormwater management facilities includes conventional and Low Impact development facilities. The site was graded to provide a minimum cut as bedrock was present at shallow depths.

Coordination with municipal infrastructure was carried out to provide interface to the city services and maintain provision for future developments.
