The 352 Griffin Way project is a cutting-edge warehouse and distribution facility in Woodstock, Ontario, set for completion in 2025. The building features a 58,983 sq. ft. footprint. 352 Griffin Way blends innovative design with high-performance construction, resulting in a long-lasting and functional space for warehousing and distribution operations.

The project had a challenging terrain and a combination of grading, retaining walls and other features were introduced to limit the cut and fill on site. The project was built partially on conservation lands with an adjacent wetland facility.  Extensive water balance and  retention was built into the civil design to maintain the flow and quality to the wetland. 

Existing storm infrastructure  for the industrial subdivision was replaced with large diameter storm sewers to allow extension of parking lot over the storm easement.
