JIC provided Civil Engineering services for McMaster University’s Peter George Centre for Living and Learning (PGCLL), a landmark hybrid facility on campus completed in 2020. Designed as a fully integrated hub, the PGCLL brings together a 550-bed residence, 3 large lecture theatres, student services, childcare, dining facilities, and social spaces under one roof.

​The PGCLL was designed as a hub where academic, residential, and community life intersect, advancing McMaster’s goals for innovation in teaching and student engagement. LEED Silver certified, it integrates sustainable design while enhancing campus life and serving the broader Hamilton community.
